Carrie Fisher's life was not all that vanished on December 27, 2016. When the actress passed at age 60, fans around the globe lost their icon, Star Wars lost its leading lady, and Hollywood lost an irreplaceable talent.

Fished died of a heart attack brought upon by "sleep apnea and other causes," but fans quickly realized that it may have been her years of hard-partying and drug use which led her to her early grave.

Now, REELZ's docuseries, Autopsy Carrie Fisher, looks back at the actress' party-girl lifestyle at the height of her fame, and shows viewers how her life changed after she came face-to-face with hard drugs.

"When Carrie was in her twenties, she had a pretty unfortunate trip with some really, brutally strong weed, with Harrison Ford, and decided that was it. No more weed for her," says Fisher biographer, Amber Karlins, in the docuseries teaser.
