Carrie was all smiles with at the 6th Annual Pedigree Adoption Drive at Bideawee Manhattan Shelter in NYC on Tuesday. She posed for the cameras and held an adorable little puppy who nuzzled in close to her. The lucky little pup even got a smooch from the country singer!
