While she was an heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, Casey Johnson reportedly couldn't pay her bills that had been piling up over the past few years.

Casey owed Porsche Financial Services $106,000 just three days after she was found dead in her L.A home, according to court papers made public today, the New York Post reports.

She reportedly had hid her leased Porsche Cayenne Turbo S in a garage to prevent the car company from trying to repossess it.

In addition, a lawsuit was brought against Casey for breach of contract last year by the Elizabeth Rose Agency, which hires nannies for families. Casey was a mother to her adopted daughter, Ava, who is now 3.

Casey was ordered to pay the bill to the agency by a California judge last month, but it is not known if she ever did.
