The show kicked off by splitting up the men (Backbone) and the women (ASAP) into two teams and assigned the task of working a pizza restaurant, MTV News reports. The team that earned the highest sales would win.
It looks like La Toya Jackson, NeNe Leakes and Star Jones may be the biggest personalities to watch out for on the women's side, whereas Gary Busey, Meat Loaf, Lil Jon, Jose Canseco and Richard Hatch are keeping it interesting for the guys!
Richard picked Gary to be the team's salesman for the guys, which resulted in him shouting at costumers outside the store. Richard then got into a fight with David Cassidy, who claims he was "assaulted" and fired back at him, "I am not a little person!"

The women ended up wining the competition and the boardroom came down to Richard, Jose and David.
But Donald was upset that David couldn't stand up for himself in his fight with Richard and was sent home.
