Celebrity Pals Share Their Condolences Via Twitter After Brittany Murphy's Death

In the wake of Brittany Murphy’s death, her Hollywood co-stars and friends including Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan, and Kim Kardshian, take to their official Twitter page to send their condolences to the young actress.

"My deepest condolences go out to all of Brittany Murphy's loved ones & may she rest in peace. She was a great talent with a beautiful soul. XO,” Lindsey Lohan, tweets  Sunday afternoon.

Jessica Simpson also shares her thoughts via Twitter on the sudden passing writing, “Brittany Murphy was an incredible ray of Light to so many people. My prayers are with her family and loved ones.”

After bonding with Murphy at a USO Tour in 2003, Alyssa Milano expresses her sadness tweeting on her official account, “She was a sweet soul, with a lot of talent and heart.”

The Kardashian clan couldn’t sit back either without sharing their sympathy, claiming that Clueless, which Brittany stared in alongside Alicia Silverstone, was her favorite flick of all time.

Kim Kardashian tweets, “I am in shock that Britney Murphy has died! Clueless is my all time favorite movie. My prayers go out to her family & husband.”

For those that knew the starlet before she rose to Hollywood fame, Russell Simmons explains his wholesome relationship with Brittany.

“I met Brittany Murphy before her star rose. It's tough to find peace in fame. I wish her peace and happiness in her next lifetime,” Simmons relents regarding the ups and downs of the life of a celebrity.

Even Fred Durst reached out to Murphy and her loved ones in an official tweet saying, "RIP...What a sweet human being.  My prayers are with her friends and family."

Whitney Port, Ricky Martin and Hillary Duff were also among the many others who wished the 32-year-old's family all of the best.
