If you’re ready to revamp your lifestyle but could use some help getting started, the Wellness Your Way Festival may be your saving grace. Located in Kroger’s hometown of Cincinnati, the supermarket chain is teaming up with country singer Jewel to host the four-day (Oct. 4–7) event at the Duke Energy Center.
“I always wanted to do a wellness festival and share what I know about nutrition and our mental health and taking care of ourselves,” Jewel explained. “Being a whole and happy human is really the greatest treasure we can have in life.” The festival will provide the tools each person needs in order to become their best selves, with opportunities to participate in exclusive meet and greets, panel discussions and full-fledged workouts.
Aside from cofounder Jewel, other famous attendees include chef Michael Symon, nutritionist Joy Bauer, TV host Debbie Matenopoulos and fitness guru Tony Horton. “Anyone who has done any of my workout programs knows how passionate I am about helping people get in shape and discover new tools for living a fit, healthy and fulfilled life,” Horton said. “This event gives all of us the opportunity to come together and talk about health, wellness, fitness, food, music and more.”
