Celebrating Fashion Week in NYC isn't hard to do, but it's great that celebs like Marc Mezvinsky and Chelsea Clinton, Richard Gere and Iman can also bring attention to a great organization! The stars stepped out last night in the Big Apple to attend the amfAR New York Gala, which kicked off Fall 2011 Fashion Week, at Cipriani Wall Street.
