Ever since he shot to stardom on Gossip Girl, Chace Crawford has been linked with a slew of Hollywood starlets. But at least one of those rumors -- that Lindsay Lohan sends him sexy texts -- isn't true. "I’m not sure where that came from because we’ve been friends and known each other as acquaintances for years and there’s definitely nothing romantic," he says in the pages of OK!'s British edition.
"I’m friends with Samantha Ronson and she’s lovely," he adds. "I wouldn’t do anything to disrespect her or Lindsay I think they’re phenomenal.
Another bit of buzz Chace is set on debunking is that he's been kissing co-star Taylor Momsen off screen.
"No! That’s hilarious," he replies when asked if the stories are true. "It’s funny she’s only a 16-year-old girl and she’s been thrown into this insane universe, so we all look out for her she’s like our little sister. We really take her under our wing and she’s super intelligent."

"The one drag is that she is really young, so she’s not going to get to live a normal life – that’s why we really try to look after her, so any rumours about us are obviously absurd," Chace continues. "I knew people would say that as soon as we had a scene together. We had a moment in the second season where we shared a moment, a kiss. And it was like here it comes, here comes the speculation, it’s going to happen."
