Promotions for Channing Tatum's stripper movie, Magic Mike, are in full swing and boy are we getting great sound bites from the hunky cast.
OK! NEWS: CHANNING TATUM IS SEXY AND SHIRTLESS ON MAGIC MIKE SET
Channing covers OUT's June/July issue and wastes no time tantalizing readers with a hint of the muscles and tight abs they'll see if they pony up and buy a ticket.
"With Joe Manganiello naked in a movie, I think even straight guys are going to be, 'S**t, I need to see that,'" he gushes to the gay magazine. "That man is a specimen.'"
A specimen, eh? Well, Channing you aren't so shabby yourself, as evidenced by the trailers and this week's Entertainment Weekly with the four beefy co-stars, Channing, Matthew McConaughey, Matt Bomer and Joe, looking tanned and chiseled on the cover.
Magic Mike is a bit of an autobiographical flick as Chan lived the stripper life after high school in Tampa, Fla., years ago.
"What's funny is that the girls don't ask me questions about my stripping days, but straight guys want to know everything. It's that fantasy element," he tells the magazine, although he says this "fantasy" might as well be comedy.

OK! GALLERIES: CHANNING'S CHISELED FACE IS WORTH THE CHASE
"You are on a stage with people yelling at you, and you feel you're a rock star, but you're nothing — you're just a guy taking off his clothes, looking like a fool in a stupid outfit."
While Channing knows women might see the movie and gay men definitely will, he hopes a few straight guys can appreciate the "darkness" of the flick. The people you meet in the adult entertainment world, he says, are often "lost" but overall "exciting."
