Channing Tatum has to be the most down-to-earth actor ever. For a new photo shoot and interview, Channing spent 24 hours with a GQ interviewer partying in the "California desert" with the sexy 30-year-old Eagle star.

Lucky GQ writer Jessica Pressler got to spend a some quality time with Channing and afterward she decided he is "America's most fun movie star."
"I'm having a beer," Channing tells his interviewer at the beginning of their day (via PopEater). "You should have one, too. It'll make us both feel better."
But when it comes to filming stunt scenes, Channing has no fear and probably doesn't need that beer to relax.
Marlon Wayans, Channing's former co-star may explain it best saying, "If adrenaline were a drug, Channing would be the Charlie Sheen of adrenaline."

And his wife, Jenna Dewan, is apparently the one that keeps Channing under control.
"She has a way to calm him like nobody," Marlon explains. "It's like the music they played for King Kong."
Speaking of King Kong, when Channing was asked about his feelings about Jagermeister he pounds his chest and says, "Nectar of the gods!"

As lovable as he may sound to be in person, Channing knows he's got quite a way to go in his career.
"No one's calling me for lawyer roles," he explains of his potential to be the next "it" guy. "I still have a lot to do to prove myself."
"There are so many things I want to do," he adds. "Like, I want to get an artist, a musician, a photographer and a bunch of dancers that I know, and just travel across Africa and just film it and just see what happens. Do and learn as much as I possibly can. Lucky, I have a lot more time."

And he also hopes to have more interviews as he seems to have really enjoyed his GQ one!
"I can't wait until you have the next interview with someone in this industry," he tells Pressler. "If anyone tops this, you have to call me and be like, 'You just got topped.' And I'll be like, 'What! No! Where are you? I am flying to wherever you are. You have to call me. Promise.'"
