Charges Dropped Against Lindsay Lohan's Alleged NYC Hotel Room Attacker

Cops have dropped charges against Christian LaBella, the 25-year-old accused attacker of Lindsay Lohan in her room at the W Hotel.

He was arrested after Lindsay claimed he took photos of her on his phone. After the Liz and Dick star confronted him about the pics, they argued, she tried to take his phone, and he threw her onto the bad and reportedly scratched her hands.

Despite being arrested on two misdemeanor counts of assault and two charges of harassment, according to GossipCop, the NYPD has dropped charges. This was after their detectives investigated further and came to the conclusion "the incident did not rise to the level of assault so that charge was dropped."

Plus, as it turns out, he filed a complaint against Lindsay, too! A spokesperson told the site, "We took a report from each of them alleging harassment, which is a violation. Neither one of them will be arrested for that."
