Charlie Sheen's current media bender has captivated the American public, so much so that TLC has ordered an hour-long documentary entitled Charlie Sheen: On the Brink.

The special will include news footage and interviews from the 45-year-old actor's recent infamy in the media as well as stories from his childhood, Entertainment Weekly reports.

TLC released that the program will "blend news footage with all-new original interviews" as well as explore "Sheen's erratic and unpredictable behavior from the perspective of the media who have covered him, and addiction and behavioral specialists."
