Charlie Sheen & Brooke Mueller Have a Date — In Court

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's court date is coming up faster than expected and Brooke's hoping her modification request will be granted.

Charlie and Brooke will both appear before an Aspen judge on Jan. 20.

They're meeting with the judge to request a modification to a restraining order against Charlie, to allow Brooke to move back home to L.A. and be with her husband.

Guess she's sick of the snow...?
