Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are reportedly getting all the paperwork ready just in case they end up deciding to divorce.

According to TMZ sources, divorce is a possibility and Charlie and Brooke have decided they rather be safe than sorry and have their private matters come out in court.

So they were advised by lawyers to negotiate terms now in the event of a divorce so if they do decide to later on they can file everything together.
