
Charlie Sheen & Brooke Mueller Reach a Custody Agreement, No Court Today

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are not heading to court today. The soon-to-be exes have finally reached a custody agreement of their 2-year-old twin boys, Max and Bob.
Their attorneys told TMZ, "Brooke and Charlie have reached an agreement that resolves their differences. For the benefit of the children, the terms of their agreement will not be disclosed. They ask the public for privacy on this matter."

Charlie and Brooke were very close to settling a custody deal last week, until Charlie turned to his Twitter, posting on March 3, "not sure what all the legal noise is about... just verbally reached a deal with B. no court mon. yay...."
Since his Tweet, the battle raged on and was scheduled for court this morning, but has since be canceled.
