Brooke Mueller and her husband Charlie Sheen are heading back to Aspen — but they're taking separate planes.
Brooke is flying to Colorado today after spending a week in Los Angeles, meanwhile Charlie is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow, reports Radar Online.
His lawyers will ask a judge to lift a restraining order that keeps him away from his wife.
Brooke had returned to the couple's home in Los Angeles and Charlie moved out to comply with the terms of the protective order.

A judge put the order in place after the Two and a Half Men star was arrested on Christmas day on suspicion of domestic violence. Brooke called 911 and told police Sheen choked her and held a knife to her throat and threatened her.
The pair are parents to ten-month-old twins Bob and Max.
