Charlie Sheen on Custody Battle With Brooke Mueller: "Cooler Heads Will Prevail"

Charlie Sheen's court meeting with Brooke Mueller over custody of their two children has been indefinitely postponed. And chatty Charlie is explaining why.

Charlie explained to E! News that "cooler heads have prevailed."

So it seems Charlie and Brooke are working out their problems outside of court.

Charlie didn't elaborate on any arrangement he came to with Denise, but his lawyer Mark Gross said, "I'm hoping I will have more to say later."

And while things are going well with Brooke for Charlie, so are they with Denise Richards!

"Denise is lovely," Charlie said.
