Although reports surfaced that Brooke Mueller wants to have her husband back at home with her, Charlie Sheen headed back to L.A. this weekend while his wife remained in Aspen, where the Two and a Half Men star was arrested on Christmas for alleged assault.
While Charlie is hard at work back on the set of his hit sitcom, Brooke, along with twin ten-month-old boys Bob and Max will remain in Colo. for at least a month without their dad, Radar Online reports.

Even the court date, originally set for Monday, will be postponed for a week to work out the details of the protective order against Charlie meant to keep his family out of harm’s way according to Radar Online.
If proceedings are still unsettled, Brooke will possibly move to Palm Beach, FL to live with her family and her two children, Radar Online reports.
In the meantime, trying to reconcile their shaky marriage may be quite difficult given the distance between the Charlie and Brooke.
