Sam turned seven years old on March 9 and Denise Richards was reportedly hosting a birthday party for their daughter over the weekend.

Simultaneously, Brooke Mueller was planning a celebration for their now two-year-old twin boy's birthdays at Kathy Hilton's house.

"Kathy wanted to throw Max and Bob a birthday party at her house," a source tells E! News. "Brooke wanted the boys' birthday party to be early from 12 p.m.-2 p.m. because Sam's party is from 2 p.m.-4 p.m."

As of Saturday, a source told E! News that "there is no plan for Charlie to attend either party."

And Brooke still has a restraining order against Charlie.

But it sounds like Sam had a good birthday as her mother Denise Tweeted, "Happy 7th Birthday to my beautiful daughter Sami! You and Lola are my little pillars of strength...I love you."

And her birthday present was a foster puppy!
