Charlie Sheen certainly won't be homeless since putting his mansion on the market. After all, he recently purchased a new home with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms! Out with the old and in with the new, right? The former Two and a Half men star has officially put his 7,924 square foot Beverly Hills mansion on the market for an asking price of $7.2 million!

Charlie's estate has five bedrooms and seven baths. As noted by X17, the real estate listing mentions all of its bells and whistles: "This custom-built Mediterranean in Mulholland Estates is an entertainer's dream with spacious public rooms, most of which open to a beautifully landscaped yard featuring a professional outdoor kitchen with dining area, pool and spa. Other features include a screening room and top-of-the-line appliances and finishes."

Looks like the star may already have a bid! According to TMZ, a porn company has made an offer to purchase the mansion for $4.5 million in cold hard cash! Since this is a few million dollars less than the asking price, apparently Charlie hasn't cashed in on it yet and is still deciding.
