LAPD raided Charlie Sheen's home on Thursday night in search of weapons after the actor was seen holding a machete on Monday, but Charlie says it's not even his.

"It wasn't even my machete, that's what's so funny about it," Sheen told Radar Online.

So where did it come from?

"Somehow the guy I was having a meeting with happened to have a machete on him and I thought, well that's brilliant!" he explained. "Great timing, there's like a rallying mob below me and these are my people, they're rooting for me."

A restraining order against Charlie was obtained by Brooke Mueller and it prohibits the possession of weapons, which is another reason police raided his home with a warrant.

And since the invasion, Charlie has been Tweeting his reaction to his millions of followers.

But not before they are screened first.

"I write every word and then I send it off to Bob Maron, my Tweet-master," Charlie explained to Australian radio network, Nova, (via Radar Online).

"So Bob is there as a safety valve. I get a little passionate at times and I'm like, 'I'll show them,' Send! And then I'm like, 'Oh no...' And its gone."

Maybe he should also check with Bob before he picks up any more machetes?
