The court documents, obtained by TMZ, begin with Charlie's lawyer, Marty Singer, stating the following:"Chuck Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series, Two and a Half Men, in order to serve his own ego and self-interest, and make the star of the Series the scapegoat for Lorre's own conduct."

Singer alleges in the suit that "Warner Bros. capitulating to Lorre's egotistical desire to punish Mr. Sheen ..." and that a conspiracy existed between Chuck and Warner Bros. to blame Charlie for the termination of the hit CBS sitcom.

It indicates Warner Bros. renegotiated Charlie's contract when he was facing felony charges in Aspen, which the powerhouse production company though may land Charlie in jail.

He alleges, Chuck hated Charlie and wanted him off the show, making the decision to cancel the final eight episodes before Charlie even lashed out at Chuck.

Charlie also Tweeted about his big move, writing,

Whose side are you on? Maybe Charlie will calm down now since he is headed to court!
