Charlie Sheen has surrendered legal custody of his two daughters he had with Denise Richards, TMZ reports. Charlie and Denise signed a written agreement granting Denise full legal custody of Sam, 6, and Lola, 4, according to TMZ sources. Charlie and Denise shared joint custody up until now.

Due to Charlie's current state — marital troubles with Brooke Mueller, his state of sobriety and criminal problems — Denise wanted full legal custody of the girls.
