Looks like Charlie Sheen's dream to take his twin boys on tour will not come true. The judge has ruled that the custody agreement between Charlie and estranged wife Brooke Mueller will remain the same.
Denise Richards won't be granted temporary custody of the twins nor will Brooke's mom, Moira.

The judge in Charlie and Brooke's custody case ruled today in L.A. that everything will remain the same with the former couple's custody agreement, TMZ reports.
Charlie's request for sole custody was rejected, despite Brooke's most recent battle with drug addiction and stint in rehab.
As of now, the guidelines of the agreement are the same — Charlie will have Max and Bob every other weekend, he will be allowed to keep the boys until Monday night on his allotted weekend.
If Charlie remains drug and alcohol free — both he and Brooke have to submit three random drug tests a month — then he continues his Saturday-to-Monday rights and soon may be able to add time on Wednesday morning to Thursday morning.
