Charlie Sheen's Twin Boys Are Doing Just Fine

Jan. 2 2010, Published 8:53 a.m. ET
Following a not-so merry Christmas for Charlie Sheen, who was arrested on charges of assault against his wife Brooke Mueller in Aspen, it seems as though his twin boys are doing just fine post commotion according to new reports.
Sources at TMZ report that the Pitkin County Department of Social Services in Colo. stopped by the family’s residence to interview the mom of two and her multiple babysitters regarding the ten-month-old childrens' safety.
Although representatives at social services declared the kids secure, it is still unknown if Charlie has been spoken with as of yet.
In the meantime, Brooke just wants to come back to L.A. with her children and her husband, pending the adjustment of the court-ordered protective arrangement not allowing Charlie live with the family, according to TMZ.
If the order is amended, the only issue in the pair’s way would be having an outside party supervising their security.

TMZ reports that the prosecutor wants a public bureau to monitor the couple to ensure that safety is maintained in the home, but Brooke does not want her relationship woes to be out in the open.
