Charlize Theron is a new mom! The 36-year-old Snow White and the Huntsman actress revealed today that she has adopted a baby boy.

Charlize's rep confirmed the exciting news to OK! in a statement saying, "Charlize Theron has adopted a child. She is the proud mom of a healthy baby boy named Jackson."
This is Charlize's first child.
Back in 2008, the South African-born actress told W magazine (via Huffington Post), "I always knew that I didn't want to get married. I've always known that I'd be a mom from the time I was a little girl."
And now her dreams have come true!

Charlize reiterated her feelings on marriage in an interview with Piers Morgan on Piers Morgan Tonight in June of 2011.

"I've been very fortunate enough to be in relationships where I've explained that to my partner and they've been ok with that," she previously explained. "Some would say because I came from a very troubled marriage, my parents did not have a good marriage, but I don't think it's that."
Congratulations to Charlize! We're sure she'll be a wonderful mother.
