We know the performance and presenter line-up and now we've finally be told who's handling the position of host for the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards — Chelsea Handler! OK! NEWS: JUSTIN BIEBER TO PERFORM AT 2010 VMAS
It's all in her hands! The success of this year's VMAs is all up to Chelsea, but she's says she's the most qualified for the job.
"This has been a huge year for hip-hop and rap, and it is well-known that I have the closest ties with these communities — musically and sexually," Chelsea said. "I am to rap and hippity-hop, what Warren Buffet is to finance, minus the sex."

The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards will air live from Nokia Theater L.A. Live in L.A. on Sunday, Sept. 12 at 9 p.m.
