It's all in her hands! The success of this year's VMAs is all up to Chelsea, but she's says she's the most qualified for the job.
"This has been a huge year for hip-hop and rap, and it is well-known that I have the closest ties with these communities — musically and sexually," Chelsea said. "I am to rap and hippity-hop, what Warren Buffet is to finance, minus the sex."

The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards will air live from Nokia Theater L.A. Live in L.A. on Sunday, Sept. 12 at 9 p.m.
