Chris Klein apologized and plead no contest in court on Friday to one count of DUI and was sentenced to jail — for 96 hours.
In June, Chris was caught driving in L.A. at 3 a.m. with a .24, TMZ reports.
Chris immediately checked himself into a rehab clinic and stayed for two months, which the judge took into consideration before sentencing.
The American Pie actor could have received up to a year in jail as a second DUI offender, but instead was sentenced to the minimum of 96 hours in jail, which he has already served.
Chris also received 4 years probation, is required to drive with an alcohol interlock device and must attend an alcohol ed program.
In court, Chris told the judge, “I apologize for my wrongdoing and I really appreciate the court giving me the opportunity to prove how seriously I took all of this.”
