Chris Reid From Kid 'n Play Gets Arrested

Chris Reid, half of the '90s hip-hop group, Kid 'n Play and star of House Party movies, was arrested yesterday in Los Angeles. He was taken into custody by traffic cops based on a DUI suspended license warrant. He's currently still in custody.

According to E! News, his vail was set at $26,000 and the warrant was issued last month actually. He missed a court date that related to the initial license violation. Looks like he's had his run ins with the law: He pleaded no contest to driving under the influence last year and was sentenced to three years probation at the time.

Chris was also ordered to attend 10 AA meetings and an alcohol-education program and was fined more than $1,400. His talent agent told E! News, "We are aware of what's going on." The agent declined to comment further.
