England's Crown Prosecution Service announced on Thursday that there is insufficient evidence to afford a "realistic prospect of conviction." They also declared the police to not pursue the case any further.
The allegations stem from an argument that occured between Christian and his mother and sister on July 21 at London's Dorchester Hotel. After the police were notified that an incident had occurred, the actor voluntarily went to the police to discuss his side of the story. Through a rep, he has denied any wrongdoing.
