The "split" didn't last long. Christina Aguilera has now officially filed for divorce from her husband Jordan Bratman.
According to TMZ, Christina filed a divorce petition today citing "irreconcilable differences."
The date of separation is reportedly listed at Sept. 11, 2010 making it only a little over a month before Christina decided to file for divorce.
The petition asks that "Earnings and accumulations of Aguilera before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation" be considered separate property and according tot the documents there was a prenup.
Christina is reportedly seeking joint physical and legal custody of their 2-year-old son Max and terminate Jordan's ability to get spousal support.
TMZ sources report that Christina and Jordan's marriage was broken after Christen allegedly cheated on him, but Christina's reps refused to comment.
