The Voice judge/coach, Christina Aguilera and her new beau, Matthew Rutler headed out of their NYC hotel yesterday after a week in the Big Apple. Aside from being happily in love, Christina's show, NBC’s The Voice ruled in the ratings in it's second week in a row! Christina coaches alongside Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.

Another thing Christina has to celebrate is Matthew's DUI case reportedly being thrown out. GossipCop reports the L.A. District Attorney did not have enough to prosecute him for a DUI. Matt's blood-to-alcohol level was was below the legal limit of .08 at a .06.
Christina is also rumored to be working on an album with DJ Premiere. “We are gonna work on her new LP...she’s ready to start,” DJ Premiere tweeted at a Christina Aguilera fan. “I haven’t made any tracks yet... we hung out a few days ago in NY and she’s just starting it.”
