Christopher Schwarzenegger Is "Much Better," Says Brother Patrick Schwarzenegger

Patrick Schwarzenegger has delivered some good news about his injured younger brother Christopher Schwarzenegger, via Twitter. The 13-year-old youngest child of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver continues on his road to recovery after being hospitalized and treated in the ICU for injuries he sustained in a boogie boarding accident over a week ago.

"My brother is doing alot better. Wearing this shirt for him." Patrick Tweeted complete with a picture of an original "Christopher" shirt.

The T-Shirt is emblazoned with a Shepard Farley-esque image of Chris (Farley is a fame American contemporary artist and illustrator known for his iconic depiction of President Obama during his 2008 "Change" presidential campaign).

The tee honors Chris' 13th birthday, reading "Christopher is a teenager 09-27-10."

Last Friday, Maria and Arnold issued a joint statement about their youngest child.

“A few days ago our son Christopher suffered an accident at the beach. While it has been a very scary week, Christopher is surrounded by his family and friends,” the couple said in a statement. “He is a brave boy and is expected to make a full recovery.”

The statement continued: “On behalf of our entire family, we want to sincerely thank the paramedics and lifeguards who responded so swiftly as well as the doctors, nurses, emergency room and hospital staff who have cared for our son. They have been extraordinary to him and to us. We thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers and ask for respect and privacy for Christopher and our family.”

Maria filed for divorce from Arnold three weeks ago after the shocking news that he fathered a child with a household staff member more than 10 years ago.
