The Emmy award winning actress and her husband Hugh Dancy, 37, fell in love on the set of Evening in 2006 and tied the knot three years later in France.
The proud papa announced the arrival of their first child via email according to Page Six.

Cyrus who weighed just under seven pounds was born at “exactly 3 p.m. Mother and baby are well, healthy and happy, and together we send our love to you all," the British actor wrote to family and friends.
