Clay Aiken Disses Rihanna on 'Watch What Happens: Live'

Clay Aiken had some choice words for Rihanna last night when he appeared on Watch What Happens: Live. While playing Plead the Fifth, a game that host Andy Cohen plays with all of his guests, Clay admitted that if Rihanna were a contestant on American Idol, she wouldn't make it past the first few rounds.

"Um...Rihanna has some pitch problems for sure," Clay said. "She does... now I'm gonna get in trouble, too."

Ouch! Well, if Clay does get in trouble, he has only himself to blame — he could have pled the fifth!

Seems like RiRi just can't catch a break these days. Since collaboarating with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown for the songs "Birthday Cake" and "Turn Up the Music," she's also been on the receiving end of some not-so-kind words from KISS frontman Gene Simmons, who said, "We KISS are sick and tired of girls getting up there with dancers and karaoke tapes in back of them... No karaoke singers allowed. No fake bull****. Leave that to the Rihanna, Schmihanna and anybody who ends their name with an ‘a.'”

Well, maybe that dig made it easier for Clay's comment to roll of RiRi's back? As another American Idol vet, Kelly Clarkson, says, "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!"
