He's hot and she's definitely not cold: British funny guy Russell Brand proposed to girlfriend of four months Katy Perry while the two were on vacation in India — and she said yes! A rep for Russell confirmed the happy news to the press today, after rumors circulated earlier in the week that he'd popped the question.
Katy's been expressing her happiness all over the Internet recently, first posting a pic with her honey in front of the Taj Mahal on Twitter on Dec. 29, writing, "He built this for me..." and then Tweeting early today: "So when do I start walking the streets naked singing that Alanis song?" The song she references, "Thank You," includes lines like, "How about me just enjoying the moment for once" and "Thank you India." Katy and her now fiancé Russell have been on a romantic getaway in India since last week.
