Can't blame the baby on this one. Katherine Heigl and her husband Josh Kelley were enjoying their hot tub a little too much Monday night and a neighbor complained of the noise!

According to TMZ, the cops were called to Katherine's home after a neighbor complained of noise and reportedly screamed obscenities at them from over their fence.
Katherine and Josh's security guard was reportedly the one who called the cops to come and investigate shortly after 10 p.m.

The cops went inside their home to speak with the couple, who reportedly told them the neighbor has had problems with noise from many other neighbors as well.
No crime was determined to be committed and the cops left.
Luckily, the couple was able to laugh it off the next day as they were spotted taking their daughter to the doctor in L.A. on Tuesday.
