Cops Swarm Miley Cyrus' Home After Getting 911 Call Regarding Intruders

Were there or weren't there intruders last night at Miley Cyrus' home? That is the question.

It turns out there weren't — after cops responded to an emergency call! The L.A. police thought a crime was in progress and that shots had been fired.

They told GossipCop a call was received before 7 p.m. and an unknown caller made that claim. Police responded, thinking there was a home invasion. When they arrived on the scene, they saw a much different story.

Miley wasn't at home, and everything seemed completely normal. So, what was the deal? A police officer indicated the call was probably from a "911 abuser," which means someone who calls with false reports of crimes. That's no laughing matter though — it's a punishable offense.
The LAPD is looking into the matter but at least we know all is quiet at the Hannah Montana star's home.
