Girl Next Door Holly Madison confirmed the happy news this week that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Pasquale Rotella.
But the 32-year-old former Playboy model turned Las Vegas Peepshow star may also have some angst with her lover's current legal problems.

It's reported that Pasquale, who is founder and CEO of concert and event production company Insomniac, was indicted back in April on 29 counts of conspiracy, bribery, embezzlement and conflict of interest and faces over 13 years in jail if convicted.
Prosecutors claim that the businessman rerouted over $2.5 million from L.A.'s Memorial Coliseum where some of his events were held to pay off city officials in underhand deals.
Pasquale, who was one of six charged in the corruption case, has strenuously pledged his innocence throughout the investigation which has been going on for about 13 months now.

"Pasquale has always acted lawfully and appropriately with respect to all of his dealing with the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum," his attorney said earlier this year and added that the charges were "completely baseless and flat-out wrong."

"The charges are politically motivated and publicity driven. Mr. Rotella will vigorously defend himself to clear his good name and looks forward to being completely vindicated."
Pasquale is due back in court on September 25 for a pre-trial conference and faces over a decade behind bars if found guilty.
Meanwhile, Holly's former boyfriend, 86-year-old Playboy magnate Hugh Hefner, took to Twitter to send the buxom blond his best wishes.
"Holly Madison is expecting. Congratulations, Holly, and much love," he wrote.
Holly will end her run in Peep Show at Planet Hollywood in her lead role as Bo Peep on December 30. She famously insured her breasts for $1 million last year.
