“I had tons of makeup on my face and I had his voice on my phone on a You Tube clip,” Hader told OK! at the 50/50 premier in NYC. “I just would play it and then try it.”
Despite not having his Warhol recording, Bill was happy to give OK! a taste of what we’ll hear from him in the film.
“He’s very quiet and like that,” said Bill, in an impeccable Warhol impersonation.

Bill is famous for his versatile characters on SNL from Stefon, the flamboyant New York Correspondent on the "Weekend Update" to Italian talk show host Vinny Vedecci, but despite minor movie cameos, he has yet to get the credit he deserves in the movie world like SNL alums Will Ferrell, Adam Sandler or Chevy Chase.
