Courteney Cox & David Arquette 'Scream 4' Still!

Courteney Cox and David Arquette may be separated after 11 years of marriage, but the former hot Hollywood couple is very much together in their latest flick — reuniting as Sheriff Dewey Riley and Gale Weathers-Riley in Scream 4.

Dimension Films has just released a new promo still for Scream 4, via Celebuzz, featuring the estranged couple, who landed a bombshell when they announced their separation earlier this week.

Neve Campbell is also featured in the picture for the fourth installment of the horror film series, hitting the box office April 15, 2011.
