Access Hollywood has confirmed that the newtork has signed on to produce the Sex and the City prequel series, which features Carrie Bradshaw aka Sarah Jessica Parker as a teenager, finishing her senior year of high school.
It's unclear whether or not the show will feature Carrie's BFFs Samantha Jones, Miranda Hobbes or Charlotte York, but both Samantha and Miranda were in Summer and the City: A Carrie Diaries Novel, which Bushnell released in April 2011.
