In the clip from Friday night’s episode, Bailey, 47, is quite vocal about how she’d like her daughter to look for her big night. When it comes to now 16-year-old Noelle’s look for the party, though, Tutera decides to serpearte Noelle from Bailey as the teen attempts to make a final decision on her dress!
