On last night’s elimination episode of Dancing With the Stars another contestant was sent packing and this time it was none other than Carson Kressley. After he and partner Anna Trebunskaya earned the lowest score of 19 for their cheerleading-inspired jive, they were consequently shown to the exit.

Carson graciously thanked everyone on the show, most importantly his dance partner. ”I gotta say thank you to everyone involved. Anna has been the most amazing, patient and kind partner. This has been pure joy for me. I hope I could make people smile and laugh and have a great time.”

As for what the Queer Eye for the Straight Guy star will do next? Sounds like he’s not leaving the set so soon after all, as pointed out by MTV.”I can’t say enough about what a great, positive experience this was. I’ll be back every week cheering for my castmates!”

Even though they jazzed up the jive with a cheerleader-type spin, the judges thought it was fun but was missing something in the technical area. Bruno Tonioli stated, “This is a crowning achievement in madness.”
