After splitting from his wife, Courteney Cox, after 11 years, David Arquette is starting off the new year with a clean slate. That is, in rehab!
OK! NEWS: COURTENEY COX SPENDS CHRISTMAS EVE WITH COCO
TMZ reports that David checked into a live-in facility because he needs help with alcohol and other issues. According to a source close to David, he checked during the weekend because "it's the right thing to do for his family."
