David Duchovny has left a rehab center where he was being treated for sex addiction, his lawyer, Stanton "Larry" Stein confirmed on Monday.
"David is out of rehab and about to start a new movie. He successfully completed his treatment," Stein said in a statement to the press.
The actor, 48, voluntarily checked into a facility to treat his addiction in August. Duchovny, who plays Hank Moody on Californication, has been married to actress Tea Leoni since 1997. The couple have two children, daughter Madelaine West, 9, and son Kyd, 6.
