DAVID DUCHOVNY CONFIRMS SECOND X-FILES FILM

After almost a decade of fan anticipation, former X-Files star David Duchovny is confirming that the ball is rolling on a second film version of the Sci-Fi TV classic. 'I'm supposed to see a script next week,' David tells OK!. 'I'm on board and Gillian's on board. I'm looking forward.' From 1993-2002, David co-starred with Gillian Anderson in the wildly popular Fox show about a pair of FBI agents assigned to investigate paranormal phenomena. In 1998, a film version of the show was released. The actor, who returns to TV on Aug. 13 with his new, sexy Showtime series Californication, tells OK!, 'I think we'd shoot it in November for a summer release.' By: Carole Glines
