Dawn Holland Drops Charges on Lindsay Lohan; Police Continue to Investigate
Fighting a legal battle on Christmas is no fun. Maybe that’s why new reports reveal that Dawn Holland has dropped the charges of battery against current Betty Ford resident Lindsay Lohan.
"Dawn will not continue to press charges against Lindsay, nor will she be assisting any further in the investigation or prosecution,” Dawn’s lawyer, Kevin Davidson, told E! Online this weekend.

"We are continuing our investigation. We hope to be done sometime in January,” a spokesperson for the PDPD explained to E! Online.
