Debbie Rowe Set to Take Custody of MJ's Kids

Michael Jackson's ex-wife and mother of his children Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr. (also known as Prince Michael I) and Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, is ready to take full custody of her children, TMZ reports.
Debbie Rowe and Michael divorced in 1999, but remained good friends. In 2005, she attempted to give up her custodial rights to the kids, saying that MJ was the best father ever. The judge in the case originally terminated her rights, but later reversed the decision.
TMZ cites Lance Spiegel, Michael's attorney during the custody battle. He says that under the law, the Department of Children and Family Services must conduct a parental fitness investigation before parental rights are terminated and that didn't happen with Rowe.
Therefore, under California law, Debbie would be the person who would presumably get custody. TMZ's source says if she does, she will get "a huge amount of child support from Jackson's estate."

Michael never identified the mother of his third child, Prince Michael II or "Blanket," as he was dubbed when MJ dangled him over a balcony in 2002. It is unsure who will have custody of him.
