Although Michael Jackson stated that he'd intentionally omitted ex-wife Debbie Rowe from his 2002 will and left the care of his two kids with her, Michael Jackson, Jr. (aka Prince Michael I) and Paris Michael Katherine to his mom, Katherine Jackson, Debbie is still involved in the case.
She'll have her lawyer, Marta Almli, at next Monday's custody hearing, E! reports, to make sure her voice is heard when it comes to her childrens' fates.

And while reports have surfaced saying she was just the surrogate and not the biological mother, her attorney insists that isn't the case.
Michael settled a multi-million dollar payment on Debbie when they divorced, although she challenged visitation rights in 2003 in the wake of his molestation trial. They settled privately in 2006.
The mother of Michael's third child, Prince Michael II, aka Blanket, is unknown.
